Hypercarotenemia is a rare clinical condition. associated with high intake of carotene-rich diets and also hypothyroidism, hypopituitarism, liver disease, inborn errors metabolism, kidney disease. We present one such case 2-year-old child who had deep yellowish discoloration the palms soles. This report intended to alert pediatricians that soles may develop as result foods commonly recommended consumed by children richest source Vit-A.
